Chris Iversen – Head Coach

Chris Iversen has been with the RazorSharks since their creation in 2005.  In his ten years with the team, Coach Iversen has held numerous positions and has taken on many different responsibilities.  His positions have included Director of Game Day Operations, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Basketball Operations, General Manager, and Assistant Coach.  Coach Iversen’s dedication to RazorSharks has been one of the reasons the team has continued to thrive on the court for such a long period of time.  In 2016, Chris took over as Head Coach mid-season and led the team to an undefeated record for the remainder of the season, which included the PBL Championship.  The RazorSharks are thrilled to welcome back a key player in the team's success over the past decade.

Jason Sautter – Assistant Coach

Coach Sautter worked as an assistant at NCAA Division I University of Missouri - Kansas City for two seasons before leaving to start his own collegiate athlete consulting business.  He spent four years as an assistant at Howard College, 3 seasons as head coach at Western Texas College, and two years as an assistant at Seward County Community College.  He also spent two seasons at Harding University as a graduate assistant.  As head coach at Western Texas, Sautter earned the school a national ranking for the first time in 30 years and rose to third on the school’s all-time wins list.  He also produced successful seasons as an assistant at Howard, earning a #1 ranking for ten straight weeks and Seward Community College, finishing 3rd in the NJCAA Division I Tournament.  Sautter was brought on as an assistant at UMKC to help the struggling program improve, and in his two years there, the team outperformed expectations.  In 2013-14, the Kangaroos finished fifth in the Western Athletic with a four seed in the conference tournament after being projected to finish last in the preseason poll.  The following year, UMKC earned the second seed in the WAC Tournament.

Clay Pittinaro – Assistant Coach

Coach Pittinaro enters his second stint as an assistant coach with the RazorSharks.  He served alongside Coach Iversen under former Head Coach Rod Baker.  Before first joining the RazorSharks, Clay Pittinaro graduated from Nazareth College.  Clay has been a Head Coach at the High School and Collegiate levels and worked camps across the North East. Pittinaro worked in an administrative role with the RazorSharks before serving in his on-court role.  Since his last stint working with the RazorSharks, Pittinaro has worked various D-League tryouts and also continued coaching and instructing athletes in the proper techniques of strength and conditioning.  Fifteen years ago, he founded Pitt Prep Academy which has been helping players reach their full potential ever since.
